Just a quick post to announce that Oliver James Liam was born shortly after 11:00 PM on Sunday night (41 weeks and 2 days), weighing just shy of eight pounds, measuring 20 inches, and scoring an impressive 9/10 on the APGAR scale immediately after birth. Everyone is healthy and happy, though very exhausted, as my contractions began right after we got into bed Saturday night, so we’ve been awake pretty much non-stop since Saturday morning. I will post about my birth story later this week, once we’re all settled in.

Many Congratulations…..!!
How wonderful! Look forward to hearing all about his arrival! Congratulations!

ADORABLE! Congratulations, I can’t wait to read the birth story!
A reader just left me your blog URL in a comment..and I am so glad she did – I’ve been poring through the last nine months of your life and yours is the best pregnant-Crossfit resource I’ve found so far.
Oliver is gorgeous and you’re so strong. Thanks for sharing your journey!
He is absolutely stunning.
Thanks so much for sharing your research, insights and time. I have read your pregnancy story from beginning to end (or should I say beginning?) and it’s given me a lot of inspiration. I’m right at the begining of my story with pregnancy, Paleo and Crossfit (still in PTs at Vancouver CF) and was feeling a bit hung out to dry regarding information about all three, how they work together and if anyone else had been in the same boat. So, thanks. I’m in the best shape of my life, happier than I could have ever imagined I would be to be pregnant and because of your candid, intelligent and heartfelt writings feel that I have a damn strong leg to stand on when it comes to planning my future with my new baby and lifestlye.
Susan.
Congratulations! I’ve been following your blog for a while now, and had my little boy Kes 4 weeks ago. Your writing has been very inspiring to read, thank you! Oliver is beautiful!
