Vancouver Coastal Health Parent/Infant Drop-Ins – FREE discussion groups for parents and babies (or toddlers). A great way to meet other moms and dads in your neighbourhood, and touch base with the Public Health Nurses on a regular basis!

Movies for Mommies – Baby and toddler friendly matinée movies in three Vancouver area theatres. Tickets $8 to $9.

Swan Feeding at Stanley Park - Every day at 3:30 (for about an hour), you can observe the feeding of Lost Lagoon’s resident white swans. Great fun for little ones who are fascinated with animals. The lovely volunteer who does the feedings is very knowledgeable and will happily answer all of your questions (“Why do the swans get fed?”). Feeding takes place by the water, just behind Pooh Corner Daycare.
